April classes to be held at Avanti Savoia, 7610 Maynardville Pike, are “The Art of Matching Food and Wine,” (6:30-8:30 p.m., April 2, $50), with instruction by wine experts John Iacovino and Darrell Freeze; and “Glorious Croissants,” (6-9 p.m., April 9, $60), a hands-on class where students will prepare two types of croissants. Seating is limited.
