We’re giving away tickets to Esperanza Spalding’s upcoming concert at the Tennessee Theatre!

Each winner will get a pair of tickets to the Sunday, April 14, show.

Entering our giveaway is simple. Just go to the contest area on our Knoxville.com Facebook page and follow the instructions. Enter before midnight on April 8.

Two years ago Spalding became the first jazz performer to win the Best New Artist Grammy, though the 28-year-old singer/bassist native of Portland, Ore., incorporates several styles into her music. Although her award was a surprise – she beat better-known contenders including Mumford & Sons, Drake, Justin Bieber and Florence + The Machine – it was no fluke. This year Spalding picked up two more Grammys, Best Jazz Vocal Album for her 2012 release “Radio Music Society,” and an additional award for the song “City of Roses” from that album.

No purchase is necessary to enter. The contest is open only to legal residents of the U.S., residing in one of the following Tennessee counties: Anderson, Blount, Campbell, Claiborne, Grainger, Hamblen, Hancock, Jefferson, Knox, Loudon, Monroe, Morgan, Roane, Sevier and Union. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older as of date of entry.

The sweepstakes will be open until 11:59 p.m. Monday, April 8. Winners will be selected by random drawing on or about April 9.

Head over to the Knoxville.com Facebook page now and enter for your chance to win some free tickets.
