On the same late September evening that I visited Loco Burro, I walked a little further down the street and stopped in at what used to be Hoggs and Honey’s. The spot is now called Hogg’s Upstairs Taverne. I had been by when it was the former and it seemed then to be a Harley-rider-friendly joint. I never went in, however, so I didn’t know what the clientele was like. I could only assume it was the typical biker-bar clientele. Guys in their late forties up to sixties and ladies of all ages. Black leather jackets and vests, and Bud Light or Miller Lite in everyone’s hands.
