Family matters provoke psychic damage more chilling than physical abuse in “August: Osage County.” An uncomfortable melodrama sugarcoated slightly by the presence of A-list actors who are always worth watching, “August: Osage County” is heavy with anger and accusations. It brings all the force of a tornado inside, leaving the real-life Oklahoma outdoors as something of an ironic sanctuary.
