The Shop's steaks include filet mignon, rib eye, New York strip, top sirloin and T-bone, each offered in two different sizes. Weights range from the 8-ounce filet and sirloin to the whopping, 30-ounce T-bone.
Meat lovers also will find an 18-ounce shish kebab and 14- and 20-ounce cuts of slow-roasted prime rib.
For the record, The Butcher Shop offers several nonbovine dinner options, including grilled chicken breast and grilled, bone-in pork chops ($12 each).
