The McMinn County Living Heritage Museum features more than 30 permanent exhibits with more than 7,000 artifacts depicting life from the Cherokee Indians in the 1700s and and early settlers through the 1940s. Special exhibits open up frequently at the museum on Southeast Tennessee life.
The museum is open 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday-Friday and is closed on major holidays. Admission is $5 for adults and $3 for seniors and students.
