i have been there multiple times and put a lot of money into it. i went a couple of weeks ago and received very RUDE customer service from a blonde headed woman. There were about three people standing there when i walked up. No one asked how i was, if they could help me, or anything. They just stood there waiting on me. the girl made some rude comments, which i would rather not say on here. and i paid for a large iced chai tea latte. They gave me the regular size. I have been enough to know what size is which. i tried to tell the girl, and she argued with me. i walked away because i didn't wanna make a scene. i won't go back.
