Sandwiched between two other eateries at the new Pavilion shops, this rib place is a shack in theme only. The counter, menu and customer queue area are housed under a full-scale shack facade, and the adjacent dining area's colorful, countrified booths and chairs suggest rustic, but the scheme is clearly straight from the franchisor's handbook.
The menu isn't too complex, primarily offering baby back ribs, barbecue chicken and pulled pork in various sandwich, plate and platter combinations. Chicken tenders, wings, side items and salads fill out the selection.
Across the board, prices range from $4-$5 for the sandwiches to $8-$19 for the plates and platters.
