Guests taking part in the Three Rivers Rambler excursion take a 90-minute train ride from downtown Knoxville, past historic sites, to the trestle where the French Broad, Holston and Tennessee Rivers meet. Seasonal events include the Pumpkin Express in October and the Christmas Express in December, with storytelling, holiday treats and an appearance by Santa Claus.
Check the website for scheduled departures. Summer fares are $22 for adults, $20 for seniors, $13 for children ages 3-12, and free for ages 2 and under. Express trains are $26.50 for adults, $25.50 for seniors, $15.50 for children ages 3-12 and free for ages 2 and under.
