Tom Chester directs multimedia content for The News Sentinel, knoxnews.com and all other publishing platforms. He coordinates with editors across the newsroom to produce breaking news for the Continous News Desk, which provides content for knoxnews.com, mobile messaging, e-mail alerts, digital billboards and the print editions of the News Sentinel. He joined the News Sentinel in March 1987 and has held a variety of roles as a staff writer and editor. He is a University of Tennessee graduate and U.S. Air Force veteran.
