Written on Terry Morrow: Revived 'I Will Always Love You' may net Dolly Parton a fortune:

in response to jc4usa:

Hopefully, Dolly will donate all of the money to drug and alcohol treatment centers in Whitney's name.

NJ is elevating Whitney to an undeserved honorable status as Gov. Christie will be flying flags at half staff on Sat. So how does she compare to Martin Luther King, President Kennedy, military men and women heroes, Police and Firemen killed in the line of duty, first responders and the victims of 9/11, etc.? Beats me! I think it's outrageous and I lost a lot of respect for the Gov. What on earth does this continue to say to our children when an entertainer from years gone by who kills herself with drugs and alcohol undeservedly gets such a high honor while the press continues to bash good clean living Tebow? I just don't get it!

. . . because if Dolly doesn't donate ALL of the money that she EARNED and rightfully belongs to her then she is clearl eeeeeevil and imperialist and capitalist with multiple exclamation points!!!! Donating only part of it must mean that Dolly hates black people!!

If Gov. Christie didn't lower flags, then he also would have been racist or bigoted or something. Yet because he's ordered state flags lowered to half staff, he must be glorifying the drug culture.

On the other hand, people should worship Tebow for good clean living and he should be endlessly lauded and glorified and deified on all media outlets so that it is rubbed in everyone's face 24/7. Oh, no wait, they do that already.

An end to pointless polls by KNS?

Written on Knoxville native Ben Wade says parents suffered over his 'Survivor' appearance :

He could get a job with UT football. Sure, that would be yet another "breaking news" story from the Hecktagon. But would it be a surprise?
