Idiot-salve-aunt.
This is sad. Mitchell and his brother are a couple of the most interesting folks featured on that show.
That will be fun.
That's our favorite on Thursdays.
Copy editors! LOL!
"Nobody went anymore because it was too crowded." It will be interesting to see what AC comes up with next.
Dolly has nothing to apologize for. Her original statement was a gracious compliment to Whitney Houston from a songwriter to a performer. Her follow-up statement is all the more gracious.
Kinky Friedman, that quote machine!
"Earth bands and artists'? So, no one from Mars or Alpha Centauri, then?

Thanks for the story, Wayne!

Thanks, you're right! We suppose the time is long overdue to acknowledge Arkansas & South Carolina as SEC members.
Great coverage, Hayes!
in response to Juvenal: Wow. That's thorough reporting right there.

Regarding the brevity of this article as it appears on Knoxville.com: Our posting of this story is what is referred to as a "content share" with The Tennessean. They have the full story on their site. We found it interesting enough to share, but as a journalistic courtesy we refer readers to their original article. Thanks!
Dr. John!
Thanks for sharing that, Shane.
Fixed.
We loved it!!!
The Rossini Festival Italian Street Fair has always been a single-day event, as far as I can remember. There are, however, opera performances the day before and the day after the street fair.
We are honored to have Billie's commentary.
George Clinton has some things to say about this issue via Twitter: http://www.twitter.com/george_clinton.
This is a really sweet and charming movie, without being over-the-top maudlin about the situation. Very nice.
As far as I know, the Spock/Uhuru romance is something they have introduced for this re-launch of the Star Trek story. Or, they really kept it on the down-low back in the day.
I think the Mariachi Taco Truck usually sets up shop along Sutherland Avenue. Check for it in the parking lot of the Bread Box convenience store on Sutherland between Hollywood Road and Forest Park Blvd.
Just to answer the above question, it is my understanding that the Tomato Head also bakes its own bread, desserts and makes its own dressings. Also, I'm not 100% sure about it, but I've always gotten the impression that most everything at Frussie's Deli is made in-house.
Clive Owen is simply a great action-movie guy.
The Neil Hamburger tour was hilarious. The Philip Glass & Wendy Sutter performance was sublime.
I saw this one on Christmas Day and actually thought it was a nice suspenseful kind of Hollywood flick. For just a minute I even thought they might pull it off (the characters that is). Then I remembered history.
I'm looking forward to attending future events at The Square Room!
