Ellisa Benjamin is the winner of this year's East Tennessee Chili Cook-Off's hot pepper eating competition. Benjamin won the competition by finishing off two chocolate habanero peppers which can reach up to 300,000 Scoville units of heat. It was the second time she won the competition after winning it last year.
