Seth and I worked together for 25 years with the company that owned Club LeConte and hundreds of other clubs around the world. He is one of the finest people I have ever known and a very talented chef. He has trained more great cooks in the Knoxville area than you can imagine. I need to visit his new restaurant and sample some of his delicious fare.
