He started out as a grocery store produce clerk in Charlotte, N.C., and has now become one of Knoxville's best French cuisine chefs. Shane Robertson introduced Knoxville to a new cuisine experience in 2005 with the opening of Northshore Brasserie, a restaurant and bar serving French/Belgian cuisine in a bistro atmosphere.
