Unlike many in her field, Amber Lloyd didn't know early on that she wanted to become a chef. It took her three years of studying architecture at the University of Tennessee before it dawned on her. Now Lloyd works as the executive chef at The Orangery, 5412 Kingston Pike, in Knoxville, where she's been since February 2011.
