This year at the Tennessee Valley Fair, patrons can expect to see their favorite classic fair foods -- corn dogs, funnel cakes and ice cream, for instance. But what many might not expect are new, creative bites -- such as fried Kool-Aid, red velvet funnel cakes and fried green tomato hamburgers. The Tennessee Valley Fair is at Chilhowee Park, 3301 E. Magnolia Ave., from Sept. 9-18, 2011.
