RECIPE: 2 (2.1 ounce) package baked mini phyllo shells 1 (14 ounce) bag Armour frozen meatballs 1/2 cup pizza or spaghetti sauce 6-8 slices of provolone cheese, cut into 15 small circles 1 (6-ounce) container fresh bite-size mozzarella balls 1/2 cup pesto sauce 25-3030 black olive rings 1 tube red decorator gel, optional Bake phyllo shells and frozen meatballs according to package directions. To prepare meatball eyeballs place 1 teaspoon spaghetti sauce into 15 phyllo shells and then place heated meatball into shell. Cut circles from provolone cheese using top of small spice bottle as a template. Place cheese on top of each meatball. Place in oven and broil until cheese has melted. Remove from oven and top with olive ring and decorate with gel if desired. To prepare mozzarella eyeballs, spoon 1 teaspoon pesto sauce into 15 phyllo shells. Place mozzarella ball in each shell.
